Client Request and Retainer*
This is a retainer of good faith to show that you are serious about our processes. If an agreement can not be reached then you retainer will be refunded without charge. Once an agreement is reached a contract will be sent out and at that time the retainer will be deducted from the invoice amount. After the contract is signed then the retainer is not refundable.
